Afrilinker offers products crafted from diverse materials, including solid gold, 925 sterling silver, gold - plated/white gold - plated brass, and stainless steel.
What kind of stones are incorporated into Afrilinker's jewelry designs?
We offer a diverse range of high-quality stones to suit different preferences and budgets:
1.Cubic Zirconia (CZ)
- A durable, scratch-resistant gemstone that mimics diamond brilliance at an affordable price.
- Ideal for everyday wear, designed to maintain clarity and shine through daily use.
2.Moissanite
- Renowned for its exceptional sparkle and hardness (9.25 on the Mohs scale), similar to diamonds but more cost-effective.
- Perfect for those seeking a luxury look without the premium diamond cost.
3.VS/VSS Diamonds
- Premium-grade diamonds categorized as "Very Slightly Included (VS)" or "Very, Very Slightly Included (VSS)".
- Feature minimal inclusions visible only under 10x magnification, balancing quality and value.
How should I store and protect my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry in best condition:
- Store in a dry, cool place (e.g., a fabric pouch or box) to prevent scratches.
- Avoid contact with rubber, perfume, lotion, or swimming pool chemicals.
- Remove before exercising, showering, or applying cosmetics.
- Wipe with a soft cloth after use to remove oils.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:
1.Major credit and debit cards
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and other internationally recognized cards.
2.Pre-paid debit cards
- Use pre-loaded debit cards from major providers for quick payments.
3.PayPal
- Securely pay via your PayPal account, with options for credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal balance.
Why was my payment declined?
If you have trouble paying via credit card:
Please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank. In the case that your payment is still refused, we suggest trying a different card or payment method.
If the above instructions fail please contact your bank or contact us with as much detail along with the error messages. so that we may assist you.
How can I update my order details?
We understand order changes happen! If you need to:
- Correct a mistake
- Adjust item quantities
- Switch colors/sizes
- Add/remove products

Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, returns and exchanges are welcome under our policy! Here’s what you need to know:
- Refund process: If you return an item, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–15 business days. Your account balance will update automatically once the refund is processed.
When will my refund be processed?
Here’s the timeline for your refund:
- After we receive your return: Our team will inspect the item and process your refund within 2 working days from the date it arrives at our warehouse.
- Once refund is issued: You’ll get an email notification confirming the refund has been sent.
- Funds clearing time: It may take an additional 3–15 business days for the money to appear in your account. This depends on your bank’s processing schedule.
If 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received the refund, please contact your bank directly for updates.
Returns & Exchanges
How long do I have to request a return or exchange?
Afrilinker accepts returns or exchanges for unworn, brand-new items within 7 days of receipt. For damaged, broken, or incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your name, email, photos, and a written description of the issue.
What fees apply to returns?
$10 shipping and restocking fee will be charged for returns. If you report a damaged item after 48 hours but within 7 days of delivery, an additional $10 shipping fee will apply. Returns reported beyond 7 days will not be accepted. For exchanges, we will calculate the price difference based on the new item, and no extra handling fees will be charged.
Which items are not eligible for return or exchange?
- The following items are non-returnable:
- Solid gold products and custom/made-to-order items (production cannot be canceled once started);
- Mystery boxes, sale/clearance items, and gifts (final sale);
- Earrings and premade grillz (for hygiene reasons);
- Custom jewelry with completed designs (a non-refundable $100–$300 design deposit applies, deducted from the total purchase amount).
What does the warranty cover?
Afrilinker offers a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects or workmanship issues in gold-plated/vermail jewelry (e.g., material flaws, assembly defects). The warranty does NOT cover user-induced damage (scratches, accidental breakage), normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or issues caused by unauthorized repairs. A dated sales receipt is required to validate warranty claims.
How do I request a warranty replacement or local repair?
- Warranty replacement: Contact our team to return the item, subject to a $10 shipping and handling fee.
- Local repair: You may use a local shop, and we will cover up to 20% of the product’s value (negotiate fees with our service team before starting repairs).
Shipping & Delivery
Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
We may cancel your order if it hasn't entered the processing stage. Reach out immediately to zhou73058@gmail.com with your order number. Once accepted and processed, cancellation usually isn't possible.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. With Cainiao Super Economy Global, estimated delivery is within 25 days. However, factors like customs, logistics, or weather can affect transit times. You'll get a tracking number via email after shipping to monitor your package.
Do the product colors match the website images exactly?
We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but actual colors may vary. Differences can occur due to your device’s screen settings, resolution, and color calibration.
