Return & Exchange Policy

Afrilinker is committed to providing high-quality jewelry at affordable prices. We sincerely hope you enjoy your Afrilinker jewelry. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns or exchanges for unworn, brand-new items within 7 days of receipt.

Return & Exchange Terms

  • A $10 shipping and restocking fee will be charged for returns. For exchanges, price differences will be calculated based on the new item.
  • In the event that you receive a damaged, broken, missing, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Your notice must include your name, email address, a photo, and a written description of the issue. You must also return the damaged item to us after we acknowledge your notice.
    • A $10 shipping fee will apply if you contact us after 48 hours but within 7 days of delivery.
    • Orders reported beyond 7 days will be considered accepted as received, and we cannot process returns for such cases.
  • Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange.

Return Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable:


  • Solid gold products and custom/made-to-order items (as each piece is uniquely crafted for your order, cancellations are not allowed once production begins).
  • Mystery boxes, sale/clearance items, and gifts (final sale).
  • Earrings and premade grillz (for hygiene reasons).
  • For custom jewelry: A non-refundable design deposit of $100–$300 (applied to the total purchase amount if the design is completed).
  • Cancellations during production will incur a 20% cancellation fee deducted from the refund.

How to Start a Return/Exchange

To ensure a smooth process, follow these steps:


  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and email address.
  2. Select the items you wish to return/exchange and specify the reason (helping us improve your future experience).
  3. Our sales team will review your request and contact you with a solution.
  4. Pay the return fee and provide the tracking number (regretfully, free returns are not available at this time).
  5. Upon receiving your returned package, we will process your exchange or refund promptly.

When Will You Receive Your Refund/Exchange?

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
  • Allow an additional 3–15 business days for funds to clear (processing times vary by bank). Contact your bank if funds haven’t arrived after 15 business days.

Afrilinker 90-Day Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If your gold-plated/vermail jewelry has a manufacturing defect within 90 days of purchase, we offer one-time replacement or an exchange for an item of equal or lower value (if the original is out of stock).


  • A $10 shipping and handling fee applies to all warranty replacements.
  • For local repairs: You may use a local shop, and we will cover up to 20% of the product’s value (negotiate fees with our service team before starting repairs).

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does NOT cover:


  • User-induced damage (scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, etc.).
  • Normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or damage from chemicals/extreme heat.
  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties.
  • Items not purchased directly from our website.

Warranty Coverage Details

Covered issues:
A. Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship during the warranty period.
B. Workmanship issues related to assembly or construction.
(Note: A dated sales receipt is required to validate warranty eligibility.)


Non-covered issues:
A. Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect.
B. Normal wear and tear.
C. Unauthorized modifications/repairs.
D. Loss or theft.
E. Damage from chemicals or extreme heat.


Afrilinker reserves the right to interpret this policy and its warranty terms final.
